GFS series of spray dyeing machine has a reversible high performance mixing pump which uses our patented design has advantage of high floe and high efficiency, when it is used with patented designed spiral guide yare, the flow must be even more directional. The selected pump is famous in the world, since its mechanical sealing diameter is small and linear velocity is low so that it is durable and the operation rate of dyeing machine is greatly increased.
2. Flow Control. Improvable Dyeing Quality
A special designed flow regulator can adjust flow according to the quantity, count and variety of the yarn, therefore, you can have a very good dyeing effect.

All wetted parts are made of 304, quality corrosion resistant stainless steel. It is durable. In order to decrease heat loss heating spiral coil and direct heating tubes are laid at the bottom of the machine.
