Features of Radio Frequency Drying Machine
1. This radio frequency drying machine adopts the advanced international drying process, directly transferring the electromagnetic energy into the water molecules of the fibers need drying. There is little peripheral mass loss during the drying process. The output energy can be completely utilized and the energy consumption is direct proportion to the water ratio. Therefore, the operating cost can be reduced.
2. The permeability of the electromagnetic field can make the drying fast and even, the inlet and outlet of the machine have incorporated the traditional heating circulating system, which has certain bulk effect on the fiber and can thus greatly improve fiber's elasticity, softness, hand feeling and color effect. As a result, the product quality can be guaranteed.
3.The electron tube cooling system is made by the two-water cycling, which can reach the maximum product life.
